YFYJ型有機防火堵料 Type YFYJ organic fireproof plugging material
　YFYJ型有機防火堵料是一種以有機材料為主要成分的固狀柔性防火材料，適用于電纜及管道等貫穿孔洞、縫隙的封堵。特別適用于成束電纜或密集區域的阻火封堵。該產品具有耐火時間長，發煙量低，耐油，耐腐蝕等特性，并具有良好的可塑性。施工方便，更換，增減電纜容易。在封堵較大孔洞時，一般與其他封堵材料組合使用。
Type YFYJorganic fireproof plugging material is a kind of solid flexible fireproof material whose main component are organic materials.lt is applicab-le for plugging breakdown holes or gaps on cables or pipes,especially be used in the fire isolation of the places where serried cables exists lt has the characteristics such as long fire endurance,less smoke oil resistance,corro-sion resistance and good plasticity eaat for construction replacement and adding or subtracting cables.Generally it is used together with other plugging materials when it is uesd to plug large holes.
施工方法 Construction
○先將需實施阻火封堵部位的污物清理干凈，適當整理電纜，清除表面油污、灰塵等雜物。
○根據需封堵的孔洞大小，確定其用量，將該堵料揉和后用合適工具均勻密實地鋪（嵌）于需封堵的孔洞中，做到表面平整、整齊、不留任何間隙。
○如氣溫偏低，堵料較硬，不便施工時，可將其置于溫熱水中（50～80℃）間接加熱，待柔軟后再進行施工，嚴禁用明火直接加熱
○封堵較大的孔洞時，建議與PFB型防火包或WFD型無機防火堵料配合使用更佳。
○First,clean the places where need fire-retardant mend neaten the cables,clean out the smear and dust etc,On the su rface.
○Determine the quantity according to the sizes of hole needing mend Knead the mend materials and then put them in the hole uniformly and densely with suitable tools Requi rements:the surface should be smooth and neat and remains no gaps.
○lf lower atmosphere temperature and hard mend material which are not convenient forconstruction you can put the material lnto the warm water(50 to 80℃) and intenerate it but pay attention to not heat the material with fire directly.
○When mending relatively large holes you are suggested to use it together with PFB fire safety package and WFD
inorganic fireproof blockage
