NFPA 50B Standard for Liquefied Hydrogen Systems at Consumer Sites

1-1.1 Application.
This standard covers the requirements for the installation of liquefied hydrogen systems on consumer premises where the liquid hydrogen supply to the consumer's premises originates outside the consumer's premises and is delivered by mobile equipment.
1-1.2* Nonapplication.
This standard does not apply to the following
(a) Portable containers having a total liquefied hydrogen content of less than 39.7 gal (150 L)
(b) Liquefied hydrogen manufacturing plants or other establishments operated by the hydrogen supplier or his or her agent for the sole purpose of storing liquefied hydrogen and refilling portable containers, trailers, mobile supply trucks, or tank cars
